i.e. Warm and sunny Oregon Coast. This past weekend marked one of the nicest days I've had on the Oregon Coast. Most Oregonians go to the coast expect rain, fog, and high winds but on this particular visit it was anything but.
After hiking 1.8 miles we found a secluded beach that is only accessible by the trail and the ocean. It was a two mile stretch that only 5 other people were on. You can see the beach from the trail in the picture below.
This has been a mild winter by many accounts. Little rain, hardly any snow in the mountains, but after this sunny warm weekend I am most definitely looking forward to summer.
